I'm trying to set up mobile track in the app. I do not see that as an option in set up device. I have a Charge 3 and I want mobile track in case I leave it at home or the battery is dead.

You're very welcome @Shdz69.
In addition to a Fitbit watch or tracker, you can use MobileTrack to track your activity if you have an iPhone or Windows 10 phone. If you use an Android phone, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi @Shdz69,
It's not actually a device setup. The article below will step you through setting up Mobile Track.

Hi there @Shdz69, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already following the directions to set up MobileTrack on your Charge 3.
While reading your post I was wondering if your mobile phone is included in the list of supported device for MobileTrack? For the latest list of devices that support MobileTrack, visit fitbit.com/devices. Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices, so if yours isn't listed check back soon.
In addition, I'd like to ask if you did follow the steps provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not sure if your mobile phone supports MobileTrack, please provide me with the model of it so I can find the information for you.
As recommended by @WavyDavey, take a look at the help article: How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

@KakeRdeTh Several years ago you could set up MobileTrack with an Android. I might have the details wrong, but I believe Android made a change in something called a motion co-processor for its phones. Ever since then, Android phones do not support MobileTrack.

Honestly Fitbit is just lazy. My OnePlus 5T had mobiletrack installed and it worked but supposedly wouldn't sync because I had a tracker at the time yet they could figure out how to have a tracker and mobiletrack on apple?. If Google fit can track just fine and a samsung S8 is Fitbit compatible my phone is compatible, it uses the identical chipset and like I said it works. My One finally died and they have so many issues with current devices I won't be buying a new Fitbit for a while. I was waiting for a Charge 4 or to see if they improved the Charge 3 but it seems they haven't. I still need something non wrist based like many customers which Fitbit has basically abandoned after cancelling the One.
Give me a Charge 4 with a clip option that knows when it is in the clip and has the option of auto disabling the heart rate monitor and I would buy it day one.

@MarreFitbit You wrote that you can't add MobileTrack on Android if you already have a Fitbit tracker, is this still true?
