Can't set up my Charge 4

The email address you provided is already taken by another Fitbit account………I lost my Inspire 2 in Iceland. I now have a Charge 4 and can’t set it up with my email address.  HELP PLEASE

Hi @LostinIceland did you remove the Inspire 2 from your account before setting up the Charge 4?
