Can't set up my Fitbit Charge 2 & sync with my iphone

several years ago I had a fitbit flex & had it synced to my desk top computer. My desk top is getting outdated & seldom use it anymore. I just received a "new to me" Fitbit Charge 2 & am trying to set it up & connect it to my iPhone, but unable to because the app thinks I'm already set & synced to my desktop. How do I get rid of that off my desk top so I can start fresh & new with the Fitbit Charge 2?

@Magic10Fingers It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't setup your tracker. What type of error are you seeing? Could you share a screenshot? It seems that you are using the same email address as you previously did. If this is the case then make sure you are using the log in option instead of Join Fitbit.
