Yesterday I tried to setup new fitbit charge 3 out of the box for my friend, the fitbit app recognizes the device but it is unable to pair the Bluetooth. I tried all the options available in troubleshooting menu with no help. It gives a blank screen with a faded horizontal line, nothing after that. I could not use it with older firmware. Now I'm looking like a fool in front of my friend to whom I was praising about fitbit and it didn't even setup properly. I need help.

@Pragna26 I moved your post since it is not related to the new firmware update. The horizontal lines is concerning so I went ahead and created a support case for you. Someone from our team will be reaching out.

I was able to run setup again and it went through any trouble. I am still running on older firmware. Not sure what changed, but it worked.

My Fitbit has a black screen with a thin white line crossing the middle. It has been charged. I am unable to access any new info Because it hasn’t been recording since some time last night. When I opened it this morn, I could access info but there was no new recording since I went to sleep last night
