My notifications are turned off yet my texts continue to ping and show on my watch. How do I completely disable?

It's nice to see you around here @courtneyld! If you want to turn some of your notifications, I recommend doing the following:
Also, if you're on Android phone, on the device settings scroll down and turn off the switch for Keep-Alive Widget. That should turn off the notification.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I am having the same issue...ran thru steps recommended to turn off calendar and text notifications but it still continues...worked for a while then started up again...when is this bug going to get fixed?...I dont have the patience to "log out; turn off bluetooth, shut off phone, restart, etc." as this happens too frequently...how does this permanently get resolved???

Hi there @kevinCG, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided in the forums to turn off your notification.
Please make sure that Calendar Events and Tex Messages are turn off in the Fitbit app. In order to do so:
If the issue persists after following the steps above, tell your phone to "forget" your device, removing the connection between the phone and the Fitbit device.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.
