Hi! I have tried to since my Fitbit since the last week and I had that message o uninstalled the app and installed again and it worked for one day and after that it didn't work anymore. I got the same message

@Nicolletv Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit app isn't working. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? If you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Make sure that the app is up to date and check that the timezone settings on the phone and the app (if you are able to log in) are set to automatic timezone.
