When I log into my account, there is not a spot to click on to sync my Charge 2

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone. You can pull the main screen down to start a sync or tap your account icon (which shows your profile picture) there you will find your device and taping on it should show a sync option). If this is in a different platform then you can follow these instructions.
