Can't sync my Charge 3, it finds my girlfriend's Charge 3 instead

My girlfriend has a charge 3 and when I try and setup mine on my own account it just finds hers...I walk down the street and I can connect no problem but as soon as I’m in the house it says “looking” any help would be appreciated.

For setup, try moving hers further away.

But if you couldn't set yours up, I don't know what you mean that you can connect when outside;  what does "connect" mean if you couldn't get through setup?

Is your girlfriend's tracker also in the house nearby?  It often helps for set-up and syncing if move other trackers further away so as to not confuse bluetooth.

Yes exactly, that’s why I have to walk down the street to set up. Is it because both are Charge 3’s?

Could try putting one in fridge or microwave while sync the other.  I don't know if it matters if it is same model.
