Can't take my Charge 3 off DND

I just got the Samsung Note 20 Ultra and I can't seem to get my Charge 3 to work with it. I synced it and my steps and heart rare appear on both my Fitbit and the app but I can't get my texts or calls to come through. It shows on my Fitbit that it is in DND mode but it doesn't let me press on it to turn it on. My screen wake is also disabled and doesn't let me change it either. I don't know what more to do. I've tried everything.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 being stuck in the Do not Disturb mode and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
