Can't track exercises with Charge 3

This is probably my fault, but I seem to have lost the ability to record my exercise - - does anyone know how I get it back? I’ve tried re- syncing my charge 3 but it still doesn’t come up

Let me help you with this but I would like to know more about the issue. It isn't clear how you would like to record your activities? Did you have the option on the tracker or was it automatically detected? You can check this article to record activities and to automatically detect them.

What I think has happened is. I be actually deleted the part on my fit bit that you click on to record your exercise, and I’ve no idea how to get it back

You can add exercises by following the instructions described on the link I shared in my previous post. Did you check that link? Please try it and see if this works for you.
