Can't turn off Charge 3 alarm for one day

I want to sleep in tomorrow (day off), but I know that my alarm is going to go off at 5:25 like always.  I swipe to the screen where I should be able to turn off the alarm, tap the alarm to "off", Then what?

The only way to get out of the screen seems to be two squeezes of the watch, then if I check to see if it really turned off the alarm, It didn't.

I don't want to have to delete the alarm every time I have a day off only to re-enter it.  The "off" should work, but I don't know how to make it stick.  Very frustrating.

@whateverdude It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Sorry to hear about this. Try restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

If the issue persists then remove the alarm, save and sync (even though you do this from the tracker itself), re-enter the alarm, save and sync again to see if the feature works.

Hope this helps.
