I wasn’t getting any notifications so I checked and DND had been turned on somehow in my Charge HR. But nothing happens when I tap to try to turn it off. When I swipe right to go to settings DND is very faint and again nothing happens when I tap it to try to turn it off.  My app runs on an iPhone. Any advice?

Make sure Sleep Mode isn't enabled on the tracker.
