Hello @Augvee and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit makes a Charge 4 and a Versa 4.  Which model do you use?  If you use a Versa 4, the newer model, swipe down on the screen to the Quick Settings.  Tap on the crescent moon icon to turn off sleep mode.

@Augvee   If these steps don't wake the screen, then I don't think sleep mode is the issue.  Please try restarting your Versa 4 by pressing and holding the button for about 10 seconds.  Out of interest, does your Fitbit app show that your device is connected and syncing?
