Charge 4 will not connect with my phone after the code has been inserted. 

 

The phone Bluetooth has been rebooted as has the charge 4 device

Have you tried changing or resetting the PIN code? To do so, follow the steps below:

Reset or change the PIN code for your device:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to change your PIN code.
