Can't unlock my Charge 4

Hi, I recently tried to check the setup on my wallet after not using for a while. It asked for a pin, which I don’t remember ever having to set up. All the instructions for the pin reset say to go to Device Lock and find the pin reset option, however when I go to Device Lock it just keeps asking for a pin, which I can’t remember. I have tried repeatedly entering the wrong pin in the Device Lock as well as Wallet options, but have yet to see any way to set a new pin. It just keeps showing up “pin change unsuccessful”. Can anyone help with this?

Don't know if this is what you have already tried.
