I purchased a replacement Charge 2 recently and during setup I was prompted to update the device firmware. It failed and showed me this screen multiple times:
I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps like disconnecting/reconnecting it, restarting the Fitbit, restarting Bluetooth, etc.
Any solution or is it stuck on this firmware (22.53.04) forever?
I tried switching to a Charge 6 but was pretty disappointed with it, so I’m hoping to use this one.

@quence The Charge 2 is a legacy device. There are similar posts in the Blaze and Alta/Alta HR forums, models that were released about the same time as the Charge 2. I think that Fitbit/Google removed the firmware updates for all these older devices.
