It's nice to see you around @Fitstar6Woman Very Happy I'm pretty sure after following these steps you're gonna make it:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your tracker 3 times in a row
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
  • Update your calorie goal
  • Force sync

Let me know the good news!

My pleasure @Fitstar6Smiley Very Happy

You can now pull down on the dashboard to sync your tracker. You'll see a larger tracker tile and arrows spinning to let you know a sync is in progress.
