Where did the restoration graph go?

Let me help you with your missing sleep restoration graph. Are you getting any type of error or you just simply don't see it on your account? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date. In general you should just tap the sleep tile then the sleep log and finally the sleep restoration tile to see this information.

I asked about this issue on 10th August and was told the following:
Thanks for getting back to us. We’re aware of this issue and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.
It still doesn’t show the sleep restoration so I asked if there was a fix yet on 19th and was told the following:
As of the moment, we do not have a time frame as to when it'll fixed. However, we're doing our best to identify a resolution for this issue.
so who knows when it will be fixed if ever. It’s one of the reasons I paid for Fitbit premium so I’m not going to rush to renew my subscription.
I will ask again after the weekend but I don’t hold out much hope for a fix.
