I had a Premium trial, which I cancelled in the app before the trial ended. Today I was charged $9.99 for a month anyway. There is no longer any email support. How can I get this rectified?
TIA.

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:
> your profile picture.
Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

Thanks, but as I stated, I had already cancelled in the app, exactly as you described.

Where did you purchase the Premium - directly from Fitbit or from the Play Store?

The credit card was given when you purchased the Fitbit, but some people buy the Premium from the store, not from Fitbit directly. If you got it from Fitbit, you'd need to contact them.

I don't understand what you're saying. What store? If I got it from Fitbit, how can I cancel?
They don't even have email support anymore.
Thanks!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I finally got a response from fitbit support on Twitter. Then I received an email stating that fitbit would not cancel unless I told them why I wanted to. It's all a bit hinky. I can't say I'd recommend that anyone subscribe.
