Cannot connect Charge 2 to Windows tablet (Lenovo Miix 3-1030)

Hi All,

I can see people have had similar issues to my Grandad regarding connecting the Charge 2 to a Windows tablet, but nothing I've done has worked at all. This is a brand new Charge 2, so I'm taking the assumption that it's working 100% correctly.

The tablet does natively support Bluetooth 4.0 as per platform specs:

Miix 3-1030 Specs

Things I've tried

  • Adding device within Windows 10 Bluetooth application (Failed)
  • Adding device within FitBit app (Failed)
  • Re-installing Windows 10 to make sure it's above minimum specifications (Failed)
  • Updated all drivers (Including Bluetooth, Failed)
  • Tried connecting partners Charge 3 to Windows tablet (Which worked first time without issue)
  • Tried connecting the Charge 2 to another device (Android, Worked perfectly)
  • Tried a USB Bluetooth 4.0 dongle (Failed)

My Grandad really wants to get this working so he can try and track his sleeping, and I'd love to get it working for him, but I'm at an utter loss on what next to do.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Josh
