My mother gave me her old charge 2 when she upgraded but I cannot connect it to my account.
It has been removed from both her Bluetooth connections and her account. I continue to get a screen asking me over and over to try again to connect but nothing happens. My Bluetooth is on and it has found and paired to the device. I've gone through previous threads to try and find an answer but nothing is working. What should I do?

I did manage to change to my daughter charge 2 but cant remember how I now have a new one and cant remember how to add it. new as in refurbished so advice from admin would help
