I was having problems syncing and decided to try deleting the device from my account and then loading it back to my account. I have not been able to reload the device and now get no reporting for my Fitbit.
Help!

Welcome to the forums!
Turn Blue tooth off on your phone. Then shut it down. Go back in and try to add the device again. Let the device find the Bluetooth.
This can cause more problems than its worth I hope you have discovered
