I'm trying to setup my Charge 3 again. Laptop is Windows 10 with all latest patches. When I go into bluetooth settings and my laptop scans for bluetooth devices, the Charge 3 appears. If I do nothing at all, then the Charge 3 will disappear from the list of available devices, and then reappear again. Repeatedly. I believe my fitbit is faulty. This is the 3rd Charge 3 I have had - the first 2 were replaced under warranty. As this replacement will no longer be in warranty am I wasting my time even trying to get it set up? I'm really feeling the device is not fit for purpose.

Accordiong to the setup instructions the user is not supposed to pair the tracker through Bluetooth.
All setup must be done through the Fitbit app.

Thank you for your reply.
I am trying to do the setup form the app on my Windows 10 laptop.
The setup attempt reported an issue occured when pairing the tracker and directed me to open bluetooth settings on laptop and delete the fitbit reference. Then to restart windows, go back into bluetooth settings and to pair the fitbit from there.
