I cant get past the set up screen on my new charge 3, its fully charged and i have tried several times to get it to connect to my phone, it can't find the device. Pressed and held the button while its connected to the charger, it appears to restart and comes back up with set up screen, turned bluetooth on and off and it still not pairing or moving past set up screen!

Hi @LisaP85 what can't find the device? Are you setting it up through the Fitbit app, not the phones Bluetooth?
BTW what phone are you asking about

False alarm... it worked...eventually... probably just me being a total tech dinosaur! All seems to be up and running fine now! 🤦:female_sign:
