Cant pair hubby's fitbit

I have charge 2 hubby got one it wont pair to his account keeps wanting to pair to.mine which is no use

 He has a different email to me  anyone able to help

I would remove the one you are wearing at least to another room. They do interfere with each other when  they are close

We are assuming his app is trying to pair to your tracker, and that you both have a Charge 2? 

Now if his Charge 2 keeps trying to connect to your email. Let us know.

So your hubby is using his phone 

The fitbit app on his phone. 

The Fitbit app is logged into his fit it account. 

Is the app trying to add your tracker to his account? 

Or is the Fitbit app trying to add your tracker to his account? 

Not knowing what the error a or what is happening I can't help much.

I've had one for ages hubby got one  but he cant get it to pair it keeps trying to pair with mine .......tried turning.mine off turned off bluetooth as well but to  no avail.  He can usually set it up as he did mine but this one wont pair to his

Are you saying that when setting the tracker up, Fitbit app is trying to connect his tracker to your email?

Still no luck. The watch even when you try to charge just says welcome go to www Fitbit.com

Your tracker is telling you to setup the tracker. 

First, if your tracker is the same model as your husband's, you will need to move your tracker away from your location. 

Let's get your husband's phone. 

Download the Fitbit app. 

Log into his Fitbit account. 

Do an Add Device. 

Follow the prompts.
