Cant seem to set up the Phone to dash to talk to each other. (heart rate)

So the partner got a charge 4 for me with the main goal to check in on me due to my mental health reasons.
Basicly the main thing is im trying to set up the heart rate tracking, i can get it working on phone and watch but cant get it to show on the dashboard.

this is currently the main feature im haveing trouble setting up

I have an android phone
Charge 4 watch

Please correct me, if there is something missing or misunderstood .

You/your partner got a Charge 4.
After setting it up with your Fitbit account, you can see the your heart rate on the app and tracker but not on the Online Dashboard (fitbit.com)?

Or you cannot see the heart rate on the Dashboard on the Fitbit app?
Do you see the heart rate tile on the Fitbit app?
And on the Online Dashboard?

at the time yes, that was correct, had to dig around on the site.

app worked fine the dashboard took some digging to find how to get it to work.

though is wondering how can i set it up so he can get updates on heart rate real time, rather then spamming the refresh button on the dash board?
Also is there a way for him to ping the watch so it does that notification vibrate?
