Cant set the correct time

I didnt take my fitbit when I went on holiday.  The battery was flat when I came back so I charged it now it is showing completely the wrong time.  Can you please advise how I can reset the time

Have you synced it since you recharged it? The time should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone / computer.

 No I havent.  Im a bit of a technophobe so what is the easiest way to do that

If you are using the fitbit app on your phone then it should sync automatically when you open the app. Also, if you select your profile at the top left of the main dashboard on the app it should say when the fitbit last synced.
