Card isn't appearing in Charge 3

I've added a card to Fitbit in the app. The card has been accepted by my bank, and I've set up a pin. But the Charge 3 keeps telling me to add a card to the wallet. Even after multiple syncs I can't get Fitbit pay up and running. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community, @Emswaters.

Thanks for troubleshooting this card issue. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Also, I recommend checking the article: How do I set up Fitbit Pay? and check that you set your card properly.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

After the third restart it did work, but there were a few hours where the tracker was having difficultly connecting with the wallet in the app.

When the tracker did connect, the setup was really easy. I just didn't expect to have two days of trying to get the fitbit to connect to the wallet.

Thank you for the restart tip. It worked in the end 🙂

Hi! I have the same problem, but restarting the fitbit device does not help. I have also read the guide on how to add a card and I followed those steps. The first time I tried to add the card a message saying that "something went wrong, please try again" appeared at the last step of the registration. When I try to register the card again it says that the card has been added, but it doesn't appear in the app or in the fitbit device. Please help!
