I have been excersizing 5 times a week for 3 months now. When I first started my cardio fitness was 31 and poor, and my weight was 11 stone and 5ft 2in. I couldn’t run or walk at all without getting out of breath.
In the past 3 months, I now run 3 times a week doing 5K, I walk 20K each week also and my weight is now 9 stone 9lb. I eat healthy throughout this. My cardio fitness increased to 37 and was good, I went for a run this morning as per usual but I tracked it on GPS on my watch for the first time, now my cardio fitness is 31 and poor again!
Can someone explain why, and if I should be concerned? Must admit it’s abit deflating
