The cardio fitness score screen has disappeared from my app. Now when I tap my heart rate I only have two options to view data. The third (cardio fitness score) is no longer available. I haven’t changed any of my account or app settings. Any ideas as to how to resolve and get this feature back?

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your missing Cardio Fitness Score. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in and make sure the app is up to date.
Let me know how it goes.

I was facing the same issue. This resolved it for me (on Android 9):
- Log out of the Fitbit app
- Navigate to Settings -> Apps -> Fitbit -> Storage
- Clear data and confirm
- Start Fitbit and log in
Update: It has happened a few times since. I realized that clearing the cache in the storage settings (instead of clearing data) can enough sometimes. No need to log out and in.

Thanks. That worked fine for me on Android 10

Solved it by updating app. There was a release on 9 Dec which had not been downloaded.

Actually, I have a question for you. Please tell me how do you get the best cardio fitness results while running and do you use ankle weights to increase endurance and improve your workout results? I've never used the ankle weights before, so I want you to share your experience and feedback. So, I found their guide on https://fitnessgrit.com/best-ankle-weights-reviews-guide/ and I want to try them out for workouts, but first I want to know your opinion about it. Do you think this is a good idea?

Hello @AlvaroFitbit!
The 9 Dec app update (version 3.36 on Android) does not solve the issue entirely. It has happened for me again, after the update. However, clearing the storage and cache seams to work on Android 11.

I only get the list of daily heart rates now.
I've logged out and cleared the cache without any change.

Logged out, cleared cache and restarted phone.
Now displaying heart score and resting heart rate again.
