Chage 2 screen cracked and HR not working

My screen cracked about two months ago and I’ve been using the device just fine, but now it won’t track HR. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I find out if it’s still in warranty?

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2. Since this is a physical issue I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. They will review your warranty status and provide options.

Hello! I appreciate the response however I have not heard from the support team as of yet, and thus there had been no solution offered. I hope to hear from them soon. Thank you.
