Change bands on my Charge 4

My band keeps falling off watch face.  I’ve taken strap off and carefully cleaned both sides.  When inserted  it back still have a large gap on one side.  Any ideas???

There are smal pins on the watch, maybe these dont flip back. With a needle you can push them up again. Carefully. Hope this works.
