When changing my cover photo, I was asked to "Allow" or "Deny" Fitbit to "Access Videos" (which I don't want) and then I checked the "Don't ask again" box.  Now I am unable to change my cover photo or profile pic - there is no camera (:camera:) icon and it does nothing if I click on either photo.  Suggestions?

I assume your asking about the Fitbit app on some type of phone, with nothing to do with the Charge 2.

The problem is

  • You tried to change the cover photo with a photo found on your phone.
  • Then you refused to give Fitbit access to your phones photos.
  • And also told the operating system to not ask again, but simply deny access.

I suggest clearing the Fitbit app. Permissions.

I'll be glad to move your post to the correct platform if I know which platform the phone is on.

Thank you. It's the Fitbit app on my Kindle and I figured it out! Thanks again.
