@KeithSloan Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Charge 3 resetting stats when changing clock faces.
This is strange. Is it happening every time you change a clock face?
If it is, please try clearing the data (sync your tracker and then open the Settings app > About > Clear User Data) and then restarting your Charge 3. This should help you out with this.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

This is also happening to me! Weird, the stats still show online but my progress doesn't show on my watch.

Actually, I just spoke too quickly, the problem is that the watch hadn't yet re-synced with my online profile, all the info showed up about 2 mins afterwards! So yay!

Hello I'm having the same issue. Brand new Charge 3 purchased 2 days ago. This is my second day of wearing so cant imagine I need to clear data. Changed clock face and all my data reset to 0. Very disappointed as I have already logged half my goal. Data cleared on app and phone.

This issue just happened to me, I bought the watch TODAY and it's the end of the day with all of my steps and floors nearly accomplished. I changed the face and BOOM everything is gone from the device and on my phone.
Very discouraging. I guess I better find one I really like and just stick with it...

This solved it for me. Cleared user data on my Charge 3 and then did a sync from the app. Annoying the changing the clock face causes the issue, but at least I have a fix. 🙂
