Changing Active Minutes Goal

Recently I lost the ability to change my active minutes goal. I have been told that this feature has been removed for Charge HR users. I am now tracking active minutes with an out of date goal. This change happened without warning or explanation. Please could you quickly reinstate this functionality.

Thank you! I came searching for an answer to this problem. I just upgraded to an Inspire HR and I couldn't change my minutes.  I noticed the MobileTrack, and once I unpaired it, I could set my minutes goal.

I changed mine by going to 7 day summary. Once I went there I found an entry that said how many active minutes I had. I clicked on it and then it asked whether or not I wanted to change it. Hope this helps!

Your solution solved it for me. So many embarrassing bugs in the Fitbit software, and such poor attention from paid staff. I applaud all people in this community trying to help given those circumstances.

I'm glad it worked for as well!

Hi,

Read your response to an earlier Enquirer and tried to follow your instructions.

I've gone into "goals" and tapped "activity" but "active minutes is not appearing to enable me to change my goal. Strange thing is I had previously set a goal but the option to do so again appears to have been removed from the app unless I've unknowingly, accidentally deleted this option myself. Any help in reinstating this option would be appreciated

No active minutes adjustment. Uninstall and reinstall. Deleted all 3 Rd party apps. Still nothing.

I have the fitbit charge 2 and I can't change my active minutes goal either. It's set to one minute as default with no option to change. Why?!

I am now (4/15/20) having this same issue (unable to edit active minutes goal because the option is not available).

After several attempts I have not had success unpairing Mobile Tracker.

How can I resolve this?
