My son has given me his Fitbit Charger 2.  He doesn’t think it came with a little plug in device that came with my older fb.  So the problem I’m having is that when I try to sync the new fb charger 2 a message comes up that I need to turn on my Bluetooth, but it’s already on?  I am stuck!!!

@Terryrae the little plug works with the Fitbit software and is not connected to the tracker.
