Chareg 3 not showing hourly steps

My Charge 3 is about a year old. All functions had been working fine until about an hour ago, when I checked to see if I had gotten my hourly 250 steps. Instead of seeing how many hourly steps I had (or how many hours out of the 12 I track daily had been completed) I saw my total daily steps in that location. To be clear, I'm talking abought on the Charge 3 device itself, not on the iPhone app. This happened once before several months ago, and it seemed like it just cleared itself. I have restarted the Charge 3 three times and still am not getting it to show me my hourly steps. So when I scroll up from the HOME screen (that happens to also be showing my total daily steps), the first data I see is the total daily steps (again), teh PULSE, then the other normal data. Did FitBit do some kinda update that caused this? It is annoying because I can't keep track of my hourly steps.

Maybe you have already tried this, but if not:

scroll all the way down through the stats to 'Settings'; tap that and make sure 'Hourly Steps' is checked.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

If you are referring to SETTINGS on the Charge 3 device itself, when I scroll though all options, the option you mention is not shown. However I did a total reset yesterday, clearing used data and deleting the device in the iPhone app, and reinstalling. It now works ok again. I have no idea what the issue was.

My apologies.  You clearly stated Charge 3, and in the Charge 3 section, but I was thinking of the Versa 2 settings.

But I'm glad at least you got it going now.
