Charge 2 12 character serial number

I need to enter a 12 character serial number for a £50 cash back claim for my Charge 2. The number in the box (FCC ID no) is 8 characters long on one line. If I include the line of numbers below this line, I have to add at least 8 characters more. Neither is acceptable to the form. On the watch itself the 8 character number shows. Do I need to find a different number altogether??

Hello @Silverboggle and welcome to the Community.  The bottom of your box has two barcodes.  One is the UPC barcode you are used to seeing.  The other is a longer thin barcode with the serial number.  The serial number is a mix of numbers and letters.

Hello @Silverboggle and welcome to the Community.  The bottom of your box has two barcodes.  One is the UPC barcode you are used to seeing.  The other is a longer thin barcode with the serial number.  The serial number is a mix of numbers and letters.
