What is going on with Fitbit, my Fitbit charge 2 holds battery only 2 days, tells me I have walked only one day despite having walked 5-6 days, tells me my calories burned are ridiculous high despite only walking at a slow speed. Sleep registration is on and off.
I have tried rebooting, I have tried every solution I could find in the forum, tried it attached to the computer, the usb charger directly in the outlet, tried deleting the app (helped for a while with sleep registration).
Is it merely an update that is missing/lacking from Fitbit or what is going on? I am a really happy Fitbit user but lately it has been a bit hard to keep the enthusiasm. Please someone advise....
