Charge 2 screen went black. The green lights on still. I tried charging, restarting but no luck. It vibrates and shows working on app. Any ideas???

You are correct. I must commend you on getting a charge 2 to last this
long.

I’ve thrown mine and my husbands away after trying everything. I’ve got an Apple Watch now and it’s outlived my last two fitbits

My oldest daughter is on her 4th Apple Watch. Just never know how things
will work out. I considered getting an apple but I like going a week
without charging. I hear the next version might change my mind.

I ended up just buying an Apple Watch😂

My charge 2 screen went dark also. Nothing works but I can get my steps if I sync it to my Fitbit app.

That seems to be the best you can hope for until it completely quits.

Still black, but does vibrate and green lights on.

Only hope is that it still syncs with your device to get your stats.

It does sync, but dies after 4-5 hours, so not getting a full day of stats

I require a support ticket as well. Mine has done the same thing and the troubleshooting did not work.

Sounds like its at the end of its useful life. Small devices like these
are not repairable internally at a price less than a newer model.

I have been having the same issue and I’ve been wearing it regardless of the screen not lighting up. The comment that someone had one that just magically started working again gives me hope that the screen could come back to life 🤞

Only answer is buy a new device. I've given up on Fitbit - moved to another brand!
