Charge 2 Blank Screen, Won't Charge and Won't Reset

My fitbit charge 2 synced this morning at 8am but now has a blank screen. It won't charge, it won't connect with my phone and I can't reset it. It had 60% charge this morning. The two green lights on the back are flashing. Has anyone else had this issue/knows how to solve it.

This happened to me once and I called customer service and they were able to reset it from their end. Maybe give that a shot. Good luck.
