Hi there @Rainbows86! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Can you please check which Android version your phone has? Please check if it has Android 10 or a higher version.

You can try this steps to fix the connection issue:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Restart your Charge 2: press and hold the button on the tracker for four seconds.
  3. Turn your phone off and back on.
  4. Remove your Fitbit device from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet:
  5. On your phone, tap Settings>Bluetooth.
  6. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
  7. Find the option to forget the device.
  8. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  9. Try setting up your device again. See: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
