Hello!  I have loved my Fitbit for 2+ years.  No problems.  Now my Fitbit Charge 2 won't hold a charge.  I reset the device by holding the button while on the charger.  Nothing.  My Fitbit dies in about 2-4 hours.  My entire family bought Charge 2 Fitbits together.  Everyone's Fitbits crapped out and now mine did as well.  Has anyone heard of this happening?  Or how to fix?  Thanks!

Mine also done this. Happen yesterday been on charge and lasted about 5 minutes and dead again. Also had mine for along time now.

  • My charge 2 doesn’t hold the charge for more than 24 hours having to re charge every other day.
