Hi,
I had gone to charge my Fitbit charge 2 tonight after having a low battery alert and the green light on the back is lit, an ‘!’ shows on the screen but it won’t charge. I have tried two different Fitbit chargers in two separate plugs without any success. I wondered if it was a case or the battery being completely dead but after 15 mins or so still no joy. I have checked the charging area for dirt but all looks clean.
Please can you advise what I should do.
Many thanks,
Suzy Cartlidge

@scarty Welcome! It's great to see you around!
I will assist you with your Charge 2 not charging and sorry for the delay in my response. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.
