I’ve had my Fitbit Charge 2 since 2017 and have gone on hundreds of long runs with my GPS connected. Until a month or so ago, I always had an exact number for my fitness score, but suddenly, it now only shows an “estimated” range. I’ve gone on dozens of long runs on flat terrain with GPS since this happened, and it still remains a range. Why did it change from a score to a range? And how do I fix this?

@runner_running_ Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Cardio Fitness Score. I have personally always seen a range for this metric. Still if you wish for this to change then you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes.

It’s not supposed to be a range once you go on many long runs with GPS. It’s supposed to show up as a score. I’ve had my fitbit since 2017 and it was a score for 3 years before turning into a range, so I don’t think this a feature that needs to be “suggested.”
