Charge 2 GPS data is incorrect and heart rate zones not showing

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to get support for a couple of issues.
My Heart Rate Zones don’t track on my exercise. I’ve had no help from Fitbit support for this.
Also, on my last two runs the GPS is way off which affects pace and distance.
has anyone else had issues like this?

@RichHowell Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge GPS data and heart rate zones issues. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure your app is up to date. This should help with the missing HR zones not showing no your account.

Regarding the GPS data I suggest you refresh the link between the tracker and your phone by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Regarding Support what did they tell you? Allow them some time to reply since due to recent events affecting our operations, we may need more than 7 business days to respond.

Let me know how it goes.
