My charge 2 is going though the menus without me actually going though them using my finger and it drains my battery over night. It charges but does not hold a charge. Is there a way to fix this or should I just get a new fit bit?

@VibrantAutumn have you checked that the button is all clean and not being held down constantly?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen issue and the battery draining quickly. Beside checking the button like @Joyouscrayon565 mentioned you can try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device to troubleshoot the screen and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Thank you for the reply’s. I have done all those suggestions. I have bought a new Fitbit since those options didn’t work. I will be retiring this Fitbit.
