Green Charge 2 lights are staying on and draining the device's battery to zero within 90 minutes. It's drained to zero battery 3 times today. I recharge it to 100% and wear it for an hour or so and the battery is back to zero percent. I've turned off the HR setting, pressed the button while the charger was attached (restarted), turned HR back on. Nothing is working. Just started this today. Green sensor lights used to be bright green and flickering. Now they're dim and always on

According to my dashboard in the Fitbit app, there's an update available for my Charge 2. I go ahead and tap on "Update Tracker Software", After a period of time flashing "Connecting to your Fitbit Charge 2" , it returns a message, "Not Working?" and won't update. Running firmware version 22.22.52.2
This has been going on for several weeks

Hi @Vikingchris the Charge 2 was retired in 2018 and according to Fitbit: "Our devices typically receive software updates for at least two years after the device is last sold on Fitbit.com, but over time it will not run as smoothly as our newer devices. Eventually we must discontinue software updates, support and ability for our devices to pair with the Fitbit app."
The batteries don't last forever, so that might be part of your issue. Sounds like it might be time for a new device.
