My fitbit charge 2 started behaving erratic since yesterday. Out of 2 sensors at back, 1 of them is not turning on and 2nd one is shining bright. Heart rate stopped working. My battery usually comes for 4 to 5 days and now it is getting drained in 2 to 3 hrs. I restarted in 3 times already but it is behaving same way.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 heart rate sensor not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
