Charge 2 HR Not accurately tracking walk

I have always tracked my walk with my charge 2 HR and my iphone.  The accuracy and consistency have been excellent in the past. Recently the mileage tracking is just not accurate. Off by at least a mile some days. Same walk, same phone, same Fitbit. How can I fix this?

Me too, mine hasn't tracked anything this whole weekend.  My app updated, has slightly new screens on dashboard. But nothing is tracking anymore.
